After a family member passes away, the heirs are tasked with the job of marshaling the assets and distributing them in accordance with the decedent’s wishes.  Whether there is a will, a trust or no estate plan at all, most of the time the services of an attorney are required to access and correctly disburse the inheritance.  At GPG, LLC we assist our clients with the following estate administration aspects:
